We had a really nice time at the Grand old and gorgeous Best Western- Big Bear Chateau in Big Bear Lake. The hotel's location was particularly good, close to the zoo. It was at a medium distance from Dank Donuts, where we ate a couple of times.

Had pet-friendly and well-equipped room with a working fireplace as well as the jacuzzi for a just perfect stay.

Brand-new rooms with fireplace and best staff, everything was very good.

This place was nice and clean. The double room I stayed in was well-kept and had everything I needed – air conditioning, storage space, and even a coffee maker. I had a great time during my 2-night stay here! ☕

We had a very nice stay at this gorgeous hotel. the staff was amazingly nice all the time. the location was convenient to get around the lake. Kmart Department Store was just a short distance away.
